Tyne and Wear is definitely the place for great shopping and
family fun days out.
Gateshead has enough museums, shops and cafés to keep you
busy for a week, whilst a trip along the coast will bring you to
award winning beaches and well-known landmarks such as St Mary’s
Lighthouse, as seen from the Park.

The Park is set in an enviable position along the coast with a
beautiful sandy beach. Take the kids for a family swim in the

Sparky’s Krew, amusements and a game of pool. In the evening,
enjoy a tasty meal in the Boathouse Bar & Restaurant, then
wander upstairs to the Showbar for some glittering shows and
cabaret…you won’t want the night to end.
